Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, but some handle it better than others. Learn how to prioritize, so you can make more of your time.
Plan well
Shape a schedule- Identify how much time you have and how many activities can you effectively manage in a day. Start off with the morning rush, then continue with the back-from-class routine: rest, assignments and revision, dinner, relaxation, and bed.
First thing first-Learn to prioritize, which means assignments must top the list (try to give more time for subjects that need it). Next, think of any extra- curricular activities you have, then hobbies and other interests.
Incentives- Remember to reward yourself for achievements. Give yourself a treat when you complete your tasks. It is also important to take a few minutes’ break from studying every hour or so.
Balancing act
Your life does not need to be boring and all study, nor should it be a free-and-easy, sloth-like existence in front of the television or computer. As your interests and hobbies develop, you will feel more passionate about life, more curious about people and the world, and in turn become more confident.
Sleep therapy
Get enough sleep. Sufficient rest helps promote good health.
Do not panic!
When you first start working to your schedule, you will feel like it is a hassle and may be running late but stick with the routine anyway. You can fine-tune it as required. If you are having major problems, sit down and have a rethink. Try to move things around to give you more time, or perhaps you are allocating too much time to certain things.
